I was so inspired when I heard Glenda speak.  She spoke with humour.  She kept the audience attention throughout her entire speech all the while standing on one leg. 
What I saw, was that she is not one to expect special treatment or expect to be catered to.  Glenda appeared to me to be a very strong individual that has a great deal to offer many people.
